Each saddle is handmade and built IN-HOUSE, using premium leather and built on our wood-and-fiberglass saddle trees manufactured in-house by Hadlock & Fox.

7-Year Manufacturer’s Saddle Tree Warranty
Every Alamo Saddlery saddle includes a 7-year depreciating manufacturer’s warranty covering qualifying manufacturing defects in the saddle tree.
This warranty applies to the saddle tree only. Leather components, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and other saddle components are not covered.

1. Pay in Full |
Pay the full amount at checkout. In-stock saddles ship within 24–72 hours. |

Take advantage of available Shop Pay payment options at checkout. In-stock saddles ship within 24–72 hours. |

3. 50% Down – Custom Order |
Place your saddle order with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due upon completion, approximately 6–8 weeks later. Your saddle ships once the balance is paid in full. |
Shipping estimates apply to in-stock saddles. Custom orders require production time (6-8 weeks). Shop Pay payment options are subject to eligibility and approval.
Pre-Order Saddle Policy
Each pre-order saddle is made specifically for your order and enters our production schedule shortly after your order is confirmed.
Because of this, all pre-order saddle sales are final and non-refundable. Once your order has been confirmed and moved into production, changes may no longer be possible.
We understand that things can come up, so if you notice an error or need to request a change, please contact us as quickly as possible. If production has not yet begun, we will always do our best to help. Once your saddle has entered the production line, however, materials may already be cut and work may already be underway, which makes changes or cancellations difficult.
Please review your seat size, tree fit, rigging, fender length, cantle height, and any special requests carefully before submitting your order.
